論文内容
現在、化学放射線治療の評価には、国際的にRECIST (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours) が用いられている。論文では、肺癌切除後の再発転移に対して、その治療効果response evaluationをCTとMR拡散強調画像で比較検討している。そして、肺癌切除後の再発転移に対して、MR拡散強調画像によるresponse evaluationが、CTによるresponse evaluationより正確であることを証明した。
